 Pre-registration/Accommodation

Through pre-registration, you can register for the congress, and also for Luncheon Seminar, Evening Seminar, Meet the Expert and Welcome Party on April 21.

Pre-registration Period

12:00, February 1 (Wed) 2017 - 18:00, April 5 (Wed) 2017

Pre-registration is now closed. Please register on-site at the registration desk at Fukuoka International Congress Center.

Registration period for Meet the Expert is from 12:00, March 1(Wed) 2017 to 18:00 March 15(Wed) 2017. Only the Participants whose payment of registration fee is confirmed may register for the Meet the Expert (up to 2 sessions)

*No Pre-registration is accepted after the due date.
*Pre-registration fee rate is only applicable for the payment settled before the due date.

Changes can be made during the Pre-registration Period only (until April 5)

NO CHANGES ARE ACCEPTED AFTER APRIL 6 (THU), 2017 AND DURING THE CONGRESS.

Cancellation of pre-registration will be subject to the following cancellation fee:
Before April 5, 2017 : 10% of you registration fee (The balance will be refunded)
After April 6, 2017 : 100% of you registration fee (No refund)

Payment Method

All payments must be made in Japanese yen by credit card
(American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB).

Online Registration Flow

  • PROFILE REGISTRATIONP
    Please access the online registration system through the [Create My LaCool account] button and enter your profile if accessing this system for the first time. Please login through the [My LaCool User] if you have LOGIN ID & Password.
  • LOGIN ID & PASSWORD SETUP
    URL is sent to your email address to set up Login ID and password.
  • REGISTRATION
    After setting up of your Login ID and password, please register through [Registration] button.
    Please select your registration category and other options and click [Reserve] button, and complete payment by credit card. (*Pending registration is automatically cancelled after 1 hour unless a payment is completed.)
  • CONFIRMATION LETTER
    Confirmation letter can be printed out when the payment is confirmed

[Modification to your registration]
For modification to your registration, please log in and click your registration number under your “Registration Status” section.

CONFIRMATION LETTER

The Confirmation Letter with QR code can be printed out through the "On-line Registration" page by logging in with your Login ID and password. Please be sure to bring your Confirmation Letter to the venue.

*NOTE

  • The Confirmation Letter can be printed as many times as you wish.

NAME CARD・CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION・RECEIPT

Name card, Certificate of Participation, and Receipt for payment will be issued at the venue. Please scan the QR code on your confirmation letter to the ticket machine (CARM) for the issuance of these documents.

*NOTE

  • Receipt for all participants will be issued with the name card at the venue.
  • Please be sure to bring the Confirmation Letter to the venue.
  • Please note that these documents will only be issued at the venue and they will not be sent out prior to the congress.

Pre-registration

No pre-registration is necessary for undergraduate students as there are no registration fees.

Those who are graduate students, allied health professionals, clinical trainees, or undergraduate students, please be sure to bring your ID (Student ID in case of graduate/undergraduate students) to the registration desk at the venue

If you have no ID, please download the following ID and bring it to the registration desk at the venue:

  • Clinical trainee’s ID
  • Allied health professionals ID

Application for the Meet the Expert can be made for up to 2 sessions in total per one participant.

Pre-registration for Meet the Expert

Pre-registration process for Meet the Expert (MTE) has been changed.

Pre-registration period for MTE is from 12:00, March 1(Wed) 2017 to 18:00 March 15(Wed) 2017.

Please login with your LOGIN ID/Password and go to the MTE registration page through “Option for paid registrants” *button.

No changes can be made once pre- registration is completed.

You may register on-site for MTE although seat availability may be limited.  Please come to the desk at the MTE venue on the day of the session if you wish to register on-site.

Accommodation

Reservation Change/Cancellation

To change or to cancel your reservation, please click “Change” button or “Cancel” button in “My Page”.

  • Following fee will be charged for the cancellation after the completion of the reservation.
  • Refund will be made within 7 days from the date after the cancellation is made.
1)If cancelled before the 6th day from the check-in day N/A
2)If cancelled after the 5th day from the check-in day 20% of the total room charge
(incl. service charge & tax)
3)If cancelled on the check-in day(Up to 20:00)(Notified) 50% of the total room charge
(incl. service charge & tax)
4)If cancelled on the check-in day after 20:00 or (no-notification) 100% of the room charge
(incl. service charge & tax)
